At Gulf Coast Estate Sales we work to be as attentive and flexible as possible in order to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Each contract with Gulf Coast Estate Sales comes with a strategic action plan developed with input from the client to determine the best course of action for liquidating their estate, down to the last detail.
When you call or contact us, we will likely come out to the property and complete an appraisal to determine value of items to be sold. At times, we may need to contact outside appraisers for more unique or high-ticket items, but generally we can provide an estimated appraisal value and from there discuss how to proceed.
Estate sales can be used for individuals hoping to downsize, liquidate, or move. Depending on the scope and needs of the client, we may provide online auctions, weekend in-home sales to the public, or a combination of the both.

Posting and removing of signage to attract customers to your sale
Supervision and management of large-item pickups and if needed deliveries
Complete report of sales results
Clean out and charity donation of remaining items if applicable (a tax-deductible receipt of donation will be provided)
